Went for my first Canadian run yesterday morning. There’s nothing quite like Niagra Falls as a backdrop. The roar and the beauty are quite something. Especially at 8 am when you’ve got them virtually to yourself.
Senator Restaurant in Toronto - like a journey back in time. In a good way. Meatloaf, freshly roasted chicken, home made mashed potatoes, pecan pie and a milk shake. All served with a smile in a pretty much original 1920s restaurant.
The Queen in yellow and green, lost on the streets of London. Actually, the whole royal family was there, blowin’ in the wind.
